Skyriter Manual Scan

Requested by someone on an older post, here's a greyscale PDF scan of the manual from a Smith-Corona Skyriter circa mid-1950s.

I've always been intrigued by Skyriters. They seem to promise some kind of breezy mobility heretofore unavailable to the typist.

Word verif: mordom. A rather grave type of boredom.

They are intriguing little machines, though certainly not the smallest of the ultra-portables. I really like my first one, although after a few years of NaNoWriMo the return lever/line advance skips now and then. It may need a quieter retirement, but it's the perfect size for lap-top typing.

Verify: aphan

Yes, I'm aphan of the Skyriter. Why do you ask?
